About Me

Hi, I’m Colette Kuhnsman, and I’m passionate about health, wellness, fitness, and skincare. I’m always exploring new ways to optimize well-being and enhance performance—from cutting-edge supplements and nootropics to fine-tuning nutrition and movement. I believe when you feel good, you look good—and the two are deeply connected.

My wellness journey began at 16, when I felt unhappy with my weight. I started working out, which led to teaching fitness classes and discovering a new sense of confidence. That experience inspired me to pursue degrees in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, and Human Foods & Nutrition.

Over the years, I’ve worked in the health and fitness industry, healthcare, and pharmaceutical marketing. Eventually, I followed my passion into skincare, became a licensed esthetician, and opened my first skin and wellness spa—S-Team Skin & Body in Danville, CA.

But the real turning point came after I suffered from Pericarditis due to an injury caused by an aggressive trainer. I could barely breathe without pain. Traditional medical care didn’t offer a solution, so I took control of my healing journey. I researched, tested, and applied every tool I could find—and I healed myself.

That experience inspired me to become an FDN-P (Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner). I now help others uncover the root causes of their health concerns using functional lab work, personalized guidance, and a whole-body approach. Your body is like an orchestra—it wants harmony. My job is to identify what's out of tune and guide you back to balance.

There’s so much wellness information out there—it can be overwhelming. I study it all so you don’t have to. You can simply relax, follow a personalized plan, and thrive.
